王宏涛,博士,讲师,硕士生导师。主要研究方向为炼铁工艺与新技术、冶金过程节能减排、冶金固废资源综合利用。主持国家自然科学基金项目、校企产学研项目、省级质量工程项目等10余项;发表学术论文40余篇,其中SCI/EI收录30余篇;授权国家发明专利8项;获得2022年第十一届“全国高校冶金院长提名奖”、辽宁省自然科学学术成果奖三等奖、安徽工业大学冶金工程学院2021年青年教师讲课比赛一等奖等多项荣誉。指导学生获批国家级和省级大学生创新创业计划项目、指导学生获得“挑战杯”、“互联网+”等各类科技竞赛奖励5项。
